K-Barbeque

JOIN US for BBQ like none you’ve ever had! Think Texas-style BBQ meets Korean bold flavors. Our K-Barbeque is considered “craft” or “new school” BBQ. And then we added a cultural twist! We use only high-grade meats like USDA Prime brisket, heritage pork and even meats from local farms…all slow-smoked on cherry and oak wood for up to 16 hours on our 500 gallon offset smoker.

Enjoy fun, unique flavors with FRESH ingredients. Herbs and tomatoes, homemade Napa cabbage kimchi bursting with healthy fermentation, sauces made with local honey, and more.

There are no tickets or reservations required. We start serving K-Barbeque at 11am & end at 2pm (or before if we sell out). So just show up, get in line to order, and when we sell out, we sell out! All ages welcome.
